Combing with work experiences and aiming at the general problems of auditing work of completion settlement of construction project,the author studies how to manage well auditing work of completion settlement of construction project from two points of the auditing work of completion settlement of construction project's previous preparation and auditing process,so as to ensure all parties of the project construction win-win.
