On the Conflicts and Solution Mechanism between Domain Name Rights and Name Rights

The basis of conflicts between domain name rights and name rights lies in merchandising of the both rights,especially the latter. The key which confirms the registration of domain name rights constituting infringe upon others' name rights is the registrant uses the domain name for merchandising purpose without others' consent.This also is the general regulations solving the conflicts between them.
