An adaptive interference cancellation receiver with low complexity
Chengshu Li · Journal of China Institute of Communications · 2002
This paper proposes an adaptive interference cancellation receiver for codedivision multiple access (CDMA). In the receiver, we first introduce a set of reliable factors based on the output signal of the ith user for its mth bit, then we can calculate MAI according to the reliable factors and finally the symbol decision is performed by interference cancellation. By simulating in both the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and multipath fading channels, the results show that the proposed scheme can outperform the classical Rake receiver and some of the existing interference cancellation algorithms in term of BER performance and implementation complexity.
