Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Teachers,Teaching Quality

The evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality.For the sake of evaluation on the whole,the authors propose the evaluation index system and calculate the weight of each index by AHP(analytic hierarchy process),thus constructing the comprehensive evaluation model.
