Energy-saving diagnosis of enterprises based on three-level electric quantity balance algorithm

This paper demonstrates the three-level balancealgorithm and its application of quantity of electricity. User's powerdistribution is divided into three levels: transformer substation lev-el, distribution level, devices level. Between each two levels thereis balance relationship and line loss ratio is analyzed. Some appli-cations are shown: discovering measuring instruments fault, discov-ering hidden power consumption, achieving power managing evalu-ation of departments. Finally, the algorithm can realize specializa-tion, visualization and fine management for enterprises.
