With the popularization and development of network technology,open source software project based on the new mode of production and innovation ways arises at the historic moment.How to carry out the performance evaluation on this particular project deserves in-depth study.Taking the codeplex c # small community of open source community as an example,the paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the open source community,analyzes the DEA method of decision making units and index system,selects 51 open source software projects for performance evaluation,and puts forward suggestions finally.
