Case-based reasoning for technology based on self-organized map neural network

The paper proposes a new case-based reasoning algorithm for technology to realize the reusage of technology knowledge.The self-organized map neural network has excellent performance in pattern recognition and cluster analysis,which are utilized to improve the variant CAPP system,thus some problems of CAPP system such as low efficiency of classified searching and low accuracy of similar cases searching are solved and excellent application results are achieved.Moreover,the algorthm proves to be feasible by simulation example.
