Study on video coding efficiency with FMO rectangular slice

The video coding efficiency was studied through constructing rectangular slices according to vector predictions scheme in H. 264. The construction of rectangular slices were realized with flexible macroblock ordering (FMO) scheme in H. 264. Based on some experimental research for video coding efficiency, the rectangular slice with different slice construction form had been obtained.
