Discussion on Strong DEA-efficiency

For strong DEA-efficiency(C2R or C2GS2),in this paper there are its necessary conditions,some methods to judge it and some equivalent propositions.It is emphasized that there is the theorem on its existence and the theorem for strong DEA-efficiency quivalent with extreme DEA-efficiency.
