Introduction of Data Management and Statistical Analysis Software WINIDAMS

WINIDAMS is a software package which has been developed by UNESCO. It can validate, manipulate and statistically analyze both numerical data and descriptive data in a consistent way. So it can be used to manage, analyze different kinds of data which are collected by universities, academic institutions and government departments for the purpose of study and scientific management. The article summarizes the history of WINIDAMS and systemically introduces its main technical specialties and elementary methods for use.
