Predicting Real Estate Market Using Gray Model

In every fileds of society and economy,many decision could not be seperated from the forecasting for variable future value and variable which can not be observed easily.This paper emphasized on gray forecasting model and do quatiative analysis for the residential buildings sales area and three other related facters.We checked out the feasibity and reliability of gray system,and put forward scientific referenced evidence for decision-maker.
