Value of the circular chromatic index of all the graphs whose vetices are 5

In this paper,the relation between the circular chromatic index and the edge chromatic number is determined according to their definition and properties.Then the upper and lower bound of the circular chromatic index is determined by maximum mathching,and at last,the exact value of the circular chromatic index for all the graphs whose vetices are 5 is determined by circular enumeration methods.
