Realization of Automatic NC Programming for Ellipse Based on Equal-error Linear Approaching Method

The calculation of nodes was introduced to approach ellipse with line by using the equal-error linear method in NC programming under the condition of C++ Builder.By programming,NC codes were generated automatically and were applied to cut and mill ellipse profiles of stone.With an example,the selection of tool parameters were illustrated,the simulation was made and the NC codes were generated automatically.
