Computer network is the product of the times and technological development, it does not only have great influence on the healthy growth of university students, but also relate the stability of colleges and society. In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, colleges should fully understand the positive and negative effects of network public opinion. For the glaring problems in the current guidance of network public opinion, colleges should adhere to the correct public opinion to guide persons, and take effective measures to ensure the healthy development of the campus network public opinion.
