A New Method for Chirp Signal Parameter Estimation in Colored Noise

The non-stationary chirp signals are converted into a kind of stationary state by quadratic form transformation firstly,and then the cross-spectral MUSIC method is used in the later signal processing.Compared with general approaches,the method here has many prominent advantages such as low complexity,reduced computational cost and working in low SNR almost without any prior information about colored noise.The correctness and the validity of the new approach are verified by computer emulations.
