Analytical Methods in Study Hirudin Activity

The hirudin is the natural inhibitor of thrombin. It is also one of the most potent anticoagulant drugs. The determination of hirudin activity is very important to the hirudin production rate and ratio activity. Light scattering, directly titration with thrombin, Chromonym Th and the improvement of directly titration with thrombin are discussed in this paper.
