A research on the evaluation index system of commander position training

This paper discusses the principle and proposes the model of building the evaluation index system of training commanders in position.By the method of factor analysis based on principal component analysis,26 indexes and 5 types of these indexes have been presented.Finally this paper analyzes the meaning of the index types which can testify the practicability of the index system presented.
