Construction of School-Based Training System for College Counselors

Under the new situation,the appearance of more and more intractable problems in ideological education among college students,such as psychological health,honesty and credit and employment,requires more of the ability and quality of college counselors and their working method.At present,the majority of college counselors rely upon experiential education management and miscellaneous routine work,which is lack of theoretical direction and scientific methods.To solve this problem effectively,the construction of a school-based training system for college counselors is proposed,which also refers to an effective approach to the construction of vocational college counselors.This article discusses the significance of the school-based training system among college counselors,its organizational construction,its governing principles,comprehensive qualities,training composition and methods as well as scientific assessment system.
