Implementation and application of dynamic upgrade technique in MIS

At present what hampers the development of MIS is that no formed dynamic upgrade technique and all the client upgradings must be done by hands.The practical dynamic upgrade technique was proposed from the view of engineering by using shell technology and file compressing technique,and the problem of bad upgrading and modification in client maintenance in MIS was resolved.The ab-stract model and structure of dynamic upgrade technique,file transfer and compressing and main flowchart were explained.It shows the implementation in client dynamic upgrading and the implementation of compression and decompression algorithm in file transfer.
