Top 200 BrandName Drugs by Retail Sales of the last year is put out each year by some special websites. This is a valuable information resource but too curt,only brandnames and sale of involved drugs are given. In this paper, Top 50 BrandName Drugs by Retail Sales in 2000 is extracted, sales of the corresponding 50 drugs in 1999 are compared with them, then relevent data and facts from various sources are collected, and data analyzing and market forecasting are made in order to be helpful for research and development of new drugs.
