Design and Realization of Enterprise Assets Management System in Power Plants

With the development of power market, more and more power plants plan to improve the management by implementing large scale software system. Because power plant is a kind of enterprise with highly concentrated assets, an elaborately designed enterprise assets management (EAM) system is a good choice to meet plants' need. Based on the in-depth discussion of the core management theory in EAM system and the analysis of the product management process in power plants, a feasible system module design scheme is proposed and realized as the core subsystem in the integrated plant resource management system (IPRM) for a power company.
