To improve the capability of the graphic interaction and to unify the graphic format of existing equipment management system, the realization technique based on flow chat using SVG(scalable vector graphics) is presented, and then the implementation is proposed. An equipment graphics elements library and a flow chart library is provided by building a SVG graph editor based on JS(JavaScript) and DOM(document object model).A analyzable and interactive information platform is realized based on flow chart by using three layer, which provide the intuitionistic convenient and effective equipment management system.
