Discussion on Application of Lean Logistics Mode in Tobacco Industry of China

The paper starts from the status quo of the development of tabacco logistics in China,introduces into it the idea of lean logistics,then plans the overall architecture of lean tabacco logistics and finally proposes the preliminary scheme of the development of tabacco logistics information platform.
