The dissensions with virtual property as subject_matter are in increase.But the legal attribute of virtual property has not been confirmed.Since virtual property is not possessed of the characteristics of res,the subject of right is not entitled to it as res.The network game is a contractual relationship,and the network virtual property is an item of right prescribed in the contract,so it has the attribute of aes suum.It means that obligee is in a position to require a specific behaviour of the obligor.
