Design of Web-based college archives management system

The development of college archives management system can promote the management concept,methods and technical changes of college archives,and improve the service efficiency of the archives information resources availably,which provides the more efficient information services for office work,teaching,scientific research and daily management work of the school. The design and implementation method of Web-based college archives management system are described. Based on B/S architecture,the data are managed and stored by using using My SQL database and J2 EE development platform. Compared with the previous management modes,this system has better security,more efficiency,and can save plenty of manpower and material resources.
