This paper introduces the A nuclear material position monitor is presented with the key techniques of embedded MCU W77E58,It describes the design of hardware and software.basing on the principle is that when rays pass through substance,the intensity is attenuated,According to the change of the rays intensity,it is shown the height of the substance in the recipient.The instrument adopts anti-coincidence circuit and a high count-rate chip to eliminate the infection of the measure precision which arose by the rays fluctuating,enhance the measuring appliance the stability and the reliability.
