Technique mode of ITS development phases

The forming of intelligent transportaion system (ITS) is the process of the society requirement,technique advance and technique reformation.It can be divided into five phases modes i.e. original mode, machine mode, biologic mode, intelligent mode and global intelligent mode. This paper mainly discusses the principle, characteristics and relations between various modes and developing phases for ITS, and provides the mode of future traffic.
