With the implementation and developing of the Push VOD system, there are more and more challenges to the digital content protection technology.Traditional Conditional Access(CA)technology can not satisfy the security requirement of the Push VOD system. In this paper, combined with existing Digital Right Managemen(tDRM),a Push VOD DRM system design scheme is given. In this system,DRM technology will be integrated with CA technology, the key management of the entire system will be in-depth study, and the throughout the life cycle of digital content protection is realized, which meets the security needs of Push VOD system.By the way,It supports services provided for Push VOD system.
