Analysis of Interconnection Regime between Internet Operators and Their Strategies——the Application of Peering under the Assumption of Multi-Operators Game

With the model of multi-operator gaming,it is concluded that in the n symmetric operators' case,all the operators will prefer perfect peering,other wise loss results.If there is one dominant operator,all the other smaller operators will select perfect peering,while the dominant one will not select peering refusal to all the others.Rather than,the dominant operator will select target refusal in order to retaliate the designated smaller operator.
