The Construction of the Mobile Law-enforcing System of Environmental Protection on 3G Network Platform

From the point of out-of-date method in on-site EP law enforcement and inconsistent law-enforcing measures,etc.,this article structures a mobile system used in law-enforcing activities based on 3G wireless communication platform.This system utilizes advanced network communication technologies,by using PDA mobile phones to enquire real-time dynamic/static information,to input and print inspection notes and law-enforcing form on law-enforcing site.This system finally realize consistent EP law-enforcing measures,standardized law-enforcing process and more efficient law-enforcement.
