Serial Communication Practice Based on Delphi

For the use of serial communication of MSComm controls in Delphi,this paper provides specific solutions for the problem that ASCII code is larger than 127 during sending data,and analyses specially the problems of two methods in receiving procedure :timer samsara method,OnComm event method,it also gives detailed solutions.These solutions are used to programme and debug the testing software of fee monitors,and they are effective and feasible.
