Study and development of synthetic geography information system in underground network of pipeline

The development of city underground pipeline information system is very complicated and of difficulty,for the underground pipelines are covert,dynamic and various.This paper mainly studies the structure and function of city underground pipeline information system.With the design of NCUT underground pipelines WebGis,the paper explains the process of developing underground pipelines intelligentized management system-NCUTWebGIS in java language and establishes a network integration scheme,which supplies good methods for intelligentized decision-making in underground pipelines management information system.
