The Influence of Subject Librarian System on University Scientific Research Work

The subject librarian system represents the development orientation of the service pattern of university libraries.It fairly well meets the needs of today's university library work which has such features as scientific research workers having individual characters,scientific research work covering a wide range,having effectiveness limit and having close relation with learning and teaching.University libraries can provide effective support for university scientific research work through establishing subject librarian system,accentuating the sense of serving scientific research,using rational service patterns,and improving the qualities of the subject librarians.
