Use Traditional I/O File Sentence In VB

From the first edition of Visual Basic, we can use open sentence and some correlative sentence or function to do file manipulation. this paper expatiate the accessing genre of the file first, and introduce the accessing function of the file, then narrate how to accessing sequential file, random file,binary file leave each other. Finally, sum up the traditional I/O sentence's characteristic in Visual Basic.
