Mo Wu · Jisuanji gongcheng · 2002

The problem of autonomous driving and aided navigating has received increasing attention in recent years. A simple and feasible vision system for road intelligent vehicle is developed. The long sequence video images are gathered by a forward-looking video camera, which is installed on a moving vehicle on highway. It is the core algorithm to detect and to track the lane and moving object using Kalman filter. The experimental results show that this vision system is simple and robust against disturbance.
