With the development of information technology,the copyright restriction shows the trend of bidirectional enhancement.On the one hand,the system of statutory licence and collective copyright management will replace the authorized permission to become the main channel of work authorization.This tendency strengthens the limit to the copyright.On the other hand,the transformation from the fair use to the statutory licence intensifies the limit to the public benefit.The Internet copyright's restriction also presents tide of internalization and elastification.The implied license and creative common use are the representative examples.
