The Field and Circuit of Electromagnetism

From analysing of the basic law of electrical circuit,the Electromagnetic Field theory or the Kirchhoff's Law,the author explains profoundly the law of electric circuit from the viewpoint of electric field.He points out that the field and circuit should be considered simultaneously in certain conditions.
