Weight question about comprehensive evaluating dam safety monitoring behavior

Based on analyzing the characteristics of weight in comprehensive evaluating dam behavior with actual monitoring and the existing methods of determining weight, a new method of determining weight, multiplication scale method, is proposed. An example shows that this new method is reasonable and feasible.
