Study of reducing size of cascading failures in communication network of network centric warfare

By studying the cascading failures in communication network of network centric warfare,it found some methods of reducing the size of cascading failures. Aimed at the main factors which could affect the process of cascading failures,presented a model of cascading failures in communication network of network centric warfare and some simulations in follows. In the model,it adopted a new strategy of redistribution,and found it could reduce the size of cascading failures about 10%. When the network had smaller initial loads than other networks,it firstly entered the process of cascading failures,and it had a larger size of cascading failures. Otherwise it studied the scale-free network with community structure in cascading failures and found that this structure made the size of cascading failures reduced about 30% ～ 50% ,and this network could take more loads.
