Experiment about Evaluating System Based on Multi-element in Information Technology Teaching

Firstly this paper discusses the current evaluating system based on single element,points the shortcoming of that system.And then it sets forth the concept and feature of evaluating system based on multi-element,furthermore builds the corresponding evaluating method,which is based on the following multi-feature;evaluating content,evaluating main body and so on in information technology teaching.At last it gives a presentation on how to design and implement this evaluating method with an example in detail.
