Design of the Control System for High Precision Honing Machines

The control system of a honing machine based on the PLC technology is designed in this paper,according to the processing principle and the control requirements of the honing machine.The system hardware construction of PLC main controller,the I/O ports and control parameter setting and mode of operation control are presented.
