Design of recruitment management system based on Struts and Hibernate

The problems and shortages in the existing recruitment information management system for the postgraduate are analyzed.Then a postgraduate recruitment information management system based on Struts and Hibernate architecture is proposed.The system adopts a new software architecture which implements two important functions of graphic statistic analysis and seamless connection with OA software,and improves the expansibility,reusability and transplantability,etc.Furthermore,it is of certain valuable reference to analyzing,designing and implementing the similar corresponding systems.
