Analysis of Copyright Infringement Problems Caused by BT Technique——as to the Legal Countermeasures of P2P Technique

With the amazing development of science,more and more new problems come forth,and the law needs to adjust to the changes.The internet has brought huge challenges to the copyright legal system.The P2P technique which is widely used in documents sharing causes many suits.BT is one of the most popular P2P soft wares,and even someone who sent BT seeds on the internet was sentenced guilty.According to the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network,the BT seed promulgators,the software users and the internet service providers may take on different legal responsibilities,and the legal system need to take necessary measures.
