New developments of global geodetic reference frame

The new developments of global geodetic reference frame were extracted from the national reports in the 23th General Assembly of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) hold in 2003 in Sapporo, Japan.The construction and maintenance of national geodetic reference frame in Africa, Europe, Japan and New Zealand etc. were briefly introduced. Some suggestions on national geodetic reference network in China were put forward in the end.
