On Herbert A.Simon's Solution on the Problem of Induction

In order to defend the logic of scientific discovery,Herbert A.Simon tried to solve the problem of induction.At first,he proposed the logic of scientific discovery excluding induction,but failed.In the process of machine discovery studies,Simon shifted the representation of the problem of induction.He abandoned the logical defense of the problem of induction,and searched for the cognitive solution.Based on the mild naturalism which criticized modern empiricism,Simon pointed out that the rationality of induction rooted in the plausibility of induction and human's bounded rationality.
