The failures in the application of synchronous pavement surface vehicles is discussed, and the FMEA model is set up and used in the design of synchronous pavement surface vehicles. The spreading system failures of the synchronous pavement surface vehicles is taken as an example and analyzed, the feasibility of FMEA is verified, and the results is effective.
