Fast Block-Matching Motion Estimation Algorithm in 2D/3D

According to the special-temporal correlation and probability distribution between the near motion vectors,this paper presents a fast block-matching motion estimation algorithm in 2D/3D.This algorithm bases on a study of prediction process,early termination and adaptive search pattern.Experimental results show that such method,compared with TSS and DS,reduces the search of stationary block.This method also keeps the image quality efficiently,and reduces search points to improve the speed of motion estimation.
