It makes research and discussion on taking use of the modern information technical means to solve problems such as organization coordination, real-time command, and effective management and control, etc., while army is handling with such sudden public health affair and medical support in unmilitary action. Relying on the advanced and ripe information technology and network communication technology, based on wired, wireless, and satellite communication means, it integrates video audio, network communication, comprehensive display, command and dispatch, as well as early-warning linkage into together, and constructs emergency command platform with good performance and powerful function, to improve the whole coordination capability of commander to handle with sudden public health affair and management control capability to firmly grasp the overall situation.
