The Perfection of Documents Identification in China-Viewed from "the Case of Gongru-xin

This paper discusses that we should enact uniform Regulations for Documents'Inspection and Procedure and Technical Standards of Documents Inspection and Identification as soon as possible, make more efforts to standardize the production of appraisal certificate, to enhance the inspector or identifier's awareness of serving as a witness at court and improve techniques at court. Moreover, we should have a correct understanding of the role of expert's conclusion and shouldn't regard it as the judgment of a court.
