The Operational Monitoring System for Atmospheric Sounding Network in Shanghai

Firstly this article has summarized the equipment situation,related communication and storage systems of the atmospheric sounding system in Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.Then it has proposed construction ideas of the operational monitoring system,and has specifically described its functional modules.Based on the Delphi programming technique,the system is developed by using SQL,Windows API,network communication,graphic images and database principles.The operational status information of the observation equipments are collected,analyzed and monitored.Related warnings and faults are issued also.It has met the requirements of networking,distribution and high-efficiency.
